Tamil star Vijay is currently a hot sensation as he has stepped into politics. His next film, which is rumored to be his last before the elections will begin production soon.
Unofficial reports initially suggested it could be a remake of Balakrishna and Anil Ravipudi’s Telugu film Bhagavanth Kesari. Now, a Tamil character artist VTV Ganesh who played a role in Anil Ravipudi’s Sankranthiki Vasthunam has leaked the news, making it official during a public event.

Despite Anil Ravipudi’s best efforts to stop him from revealing any details about Vijay’s Thalapathy 69 project, VTV Ganesh spilled more than enough information, including confirmation that it is indeed a remake of Bhagavanth Kesari.
He also disclosed details of Anil Ravipudi’s meeting with Vijay, stating that Vijay personally approached Anil Ravipudi and offered him the opportunity to direct the film. However, Anil Ravipudi politely declined, explaining that he was not interested in directing a remake of his own film.

Later, Anil Ravipudi tried to clarify the situation, admitting that he had met Vijay, but emphasized that the official details of the project would be announced by Vijay’s team. He also expressed disappointment that such a prestigious project was discussed on a different platform without proper authorization.
In the end, the big news was leaked, and it is now official: Tamil star Vijay’s last film before the elections will be a remake of Balakrishna’s Telugu film Bhagavanth Kesari.
