Yusuf Ibrahim, SRK’s security consultant recently shared one such incident where SRK and his guards were trapped in the middle of a huge crowd while visiting the Ajmer Sharif Dargah.

Ibrahim recalled the madness, saying that he had never seen anything like it before.
The Dargah was already crowded as it was peak time on Friday. The situation went out of control as soon as news spread about SRK coming for a visit.

Ibrahim said, “There was so much public that we were literally standing there. Logon ne humko dhakka maar ke dargah le gaye aur dhakka maar ke apne aap gaadi mein laake bitha diya,” (We didn’t walk; people pushed us to the Dargah and then back to the car.)
He also applauded SRK’s state of mind at that moment, saying that he remained very calm and understanding throughout the whole situation.

The matter got so out of hand that the police had to do a lathi charge to disperse the crowd.
While star culture is a very strong phenomenon in India, people also need to understand that, at the end of the day, celebrities are also humans, just like any of us.
They have their own private life, which people must learn to respect, while also acknowledging their duty to maintain order in a public place.
SRK’s incident highlights the craze of fans, while revealing the urgent need to put a little break on it.
