Everyone was shocked to hear the news of Sushant Singh Rajput’s death in 2020.
Sushant successfully went from acting in TV series to movies and gave us great films like Kedarnath, Kai Po Che! and PK. However, he tragically lost his life allegedly due to mental health issues and depression.

Recently, Manoj Bajpayee opened up about the late actor and recalled a conversation with him. The two had worked together in the film Sonchiriya.
The Gangs of Wasseypur actor talked about how the two of them used to have deep conversations about the film industry and its politics.

Bajpayee had always advised him to keep a thick skin or else it would get really difficult to survive. He had grown a thick screen due to multiple rejections and had become a part of his life. Although, a lot of his friends couldn’t face rejection like he did.
He also talked about Sushant’s personality. He called him a moody guy, just like him. He also recalled a time just before the pandemic when Sushant told him he was craving the mutton Bajpayee cooked. He requested that the next time the actor cooked it, he would like to be invited.

Sushant had great knowledge about quantum physics and would frequently compare spirituality to quantum physics, he added.
“He was a fantastic mind”, said Bajpayee.
No one knows what happened to Sushant, Bajpayee said. He says that everyone is assuming what would have happened, but no one really knows what happened that led to it.
The news of Sushant’s death had affected the actor so much that he was sad for about three months. It was as if he knew him so personally and deeply.
Recently, the late actor was in the news again as his Bandra apartment, where he took his last breath, was up for rent.
The home remained vacant for almost three years until actress Adah Sharma decided to move in.
