Ram Charan and Shankar’s Game Changer, will mark India’s first Pan India film and the Telugu industry’s first Pan India release.
It will also be the first film to kick off the new year 2025 with a tier-one young star hero.

Game Changer recently held its first major event, the pre-release event in Dallas. Ram Charan flew from India, and his presence was expected to boost pre-sales in the US.
However, that did not happen. Pre-sales remain around 260k, and the trend has been slow right from the start, continuing even after Ram Charan’s trip to Dallas and the blockbuster event in the US.

Although the event was a well-organized blockbuster and generated buzz, it didn’t translate into a surge in pre-sales.
The only factor left to impact sales is the trailer. If the trailer doesn’t make a difference, only the positive word-of-mouth post-release could boost the US pre-sales.

However, based on the current trend, the pace has been slow for a star hero’s film in recent times.
Shankar’s effect, numerous delays, lackluster songs by Thaman, and several other reasons are contributing to this slow trend in the US so far.
