Sookshmadarshini, starring Nazriya Nazim and Basil Joseph in the lead roles, was released in theaters in November 2024.

However, an unfortunate event has occurred. The film is already available on torrents. The HD print has been leaked, and it even includes subtitles.

This is a huge blow to the OTT platform that acquired its digital rights.
Reports suggest that the film has been acquired by Disney+Hotstar, and it was supposed to start streaming by the end of December, 4-6 weeks after its theatrical release.

But now, due to the unfortunate leak, the OTT premiere date might be moved up, and it could start streaming sooner than expected.
