In an interview, actor Sunny Deol has recently talked about ‘camps’ in Bollywood and how they pose obstacles in the actor’s career.
It is ridiculous how even after giving such a blockbuster film like ‘Gadar 2’ and being a product of nepotism himself, he can blame lobbying in Bollywood. Sunny says that these camps give work only to those who conform to their system. And according to him, actors like himself and his father who are more upfront were easily left out from the list.

This does not make any sense because Sunny Deol has taken all the advantages of nepotism and the reason that he was sidelined by directors and producers is that he demanded a lot of money.
His tantrums were growing, he did not start a movie when promised, did not return advance money when a movie was shelved. Producers like Suneel Darshan have suffered because of this.

Gadar 2 was not a very good film itself. It worked out well because of the 90s nostalgia. There are other stars who do not have much work at hand. But they are not complaining like this. Sunny Deol is a senior actor and he should show more grace in his attitude.
If this goes on, Sunny will not get good scripts anymore. Bobby Deol has shown a wonderful comeback and his attitude seems to match the temporal zeitgeist of Bollywood and that is why he is getting movies after movies. Sunny Deol should learn this from his brother.
