Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has agreed to take Pawan Kalyan’s Brother Naga Babu into his cabinet. There is one vacancy in Chandrababu’s cabinet and Naga Babu will fill it.
The reason why Chandrababu agreed to give this is interesting. TDP engineered three defections in YSR Congress Rajya Sabha MPs. Chandrababu decided not to take them into the party and instead got them to resign.

Even though there is no compulsion or pre-agreement, both BJP and Janasena asked for a berth. Chandrababu agreed to give but only a berth. He left it for both parties to decide.
Pawan Kalyan went to Delhi to convince the BJP High Command to give the berth to his brother, Naga Babu. With crucial bills lined up in the Parliament, the BJP did not agree. It was then Pawan Kalyan exerted pressure on Chandrababu and it worked.

“Naga Babu sacrificed his seat for the BJP and it’s for the BJP to accommodate him. Why is TDP doing that? What did Pawan Kalyan do to Varma who sacrificed his seat? What did they do to Burugupalli Sesha Rao who sacrificed his sitting seat for Kandula Durgesh?” they ask.
TDP cadres are fuming at Chandrababu for this over-excitement for the alliance.

“TDP has won 135/175 seats in the election and is not dependent on the allies. Respecting the allies is fine but why bow down to them? The Narendra Modi Government in Delhi is dependent on TDP’s numbers. But they are not doing the same. Why should TDP accommodate Janasena when BJP is grabbing posts more than they deserve,” they are questioning.
TDP cadres are not happy about how Chandrababu is giving over-importance to Pawan Kalyan.
“We have seen Pawan Kalyan criticize Home Minister Anitha and Kakinada City MLA Konda Babu openly before the media. Did Chandrababu tell Pawan Kalyan that it is not right? they are asking.
“Right expectations should be set for Pawan Kalyan, Janasena cadres, and also for the Public about the alliances. If this submissive attitude continues, the demands for the next elections will be at dangerous levels,” they are warning.
In a way they conclude, Modi is weak numbers wise but is acting strong. Chandrababu is strong (both in the state and center numbers wise) but is behaving weak.
