A tribal youth died reportedly of bullet injuries while on a hunt for wild pigs in the forests in SPSR Nellore district on Friday midnight. The deceased has been identified as Talla Sudhakar of Penubarthi village in Rapur mandal of the district.
According to the police, Mr. Sudhakar and two other tribal youths went on a hunt for wild pigs. One of the youths fired a country-made weapon in the darkness and the bullet hit Mr. Sudhakar who was carrying a torch. He was taken to the Rapur Community Health Centre (CHC) early on Saturday morning where the doctors declared him “brought dead with bullet injury”.
The doctors informed the police about the case.
The two tribal youths are at large.
A case was registered at the Rapur police station and investigation is on.
