After the recent success of docu-series like Angry Young Men and The Romantics, Netflix is ready to have their set of series carving out the rich history of the Roshan family in Indian Film Industry.
The Roshans is set to appear on the OTT streaming giant soon which will showcase the film family in a never-before-seen avatar. The Roshan family includes Hrithik Roshan, filmmaker Rakesh Roshan, musician Rajesh Roshan, and music maestro Roshan Lal.

The series will also try to provide an intimate journey through their lives exploring the three generations and their contributions to Indian Cinema. These types of docu-series have a stable set of audiences which are mostly urban viewers.
These types of series have shows that are easier to reach their maximum potential as the production cost for such shows is comparatively low and returns are decent. Traditional forms of streaming such as theatres and multiplexes didn’t offer a good and broad platform for such docu-series.

However, with the recent boom in OTT culture, such documentaries are liked by the viewers offering a newer perspective into the lives of celebrities and actors. The Roshans will have several big stars including Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, and other high-profile actors.
As it stands, there is no official date regarding the release date of the series and only time will tell how the series will stand out as a clear winner among the different docu-series on display.
