The confusion around Pushpa 2 Background Score in particular has become a hot topic.
The Trio – Devi Sri Prasad, Sukumar, and Allu Arjun is a Blockbuster combination having delivered chartbuster albums. Devi’s music played a crucial role in the first part success and he also went on to bag the National Award for the film.

But then, the fairy tale ended when the team brought in Thaman, Sam CS, and Ajaneesh Loknath to compose music for some parts of the film since Devi had defaulted on delivering the music on time.
On camera, Thaman admitted to having composed for a small portion of Pushpa 2 and Sam CS also dropped a hint on X, the other day.

Devi Sri Prasad made everything evident with his outburst on the producers at the Chennai event of the film.
Meanwhile, there is a twist in the tale, sources say.

Sources say that there are two versions – the first one scored completely by Devi and the second one shared by multiple music directors.
They say Sukumar is on Devi’s side and he may spring a surprise by finalizing Devi’s version for the final copy.
We are told that the Trailer was also planned similarly with multiple composers but Sukumar had his say and ensured the release of the trailer with Devi’s score.
In case, Devi’s version goes out, it will be interesting to see if the names of other composers appear on the Thanks Credits.
Amid this chaos, fans can only hope the version they get to watch on the big screen (whoever may have composed it) will be the best one and will help the movie big time.
