Reports say Ramesh molested three women and outraged the modesty of a fourth. Such cases have raised serious concerns about women’s safety in public spaces.
If convicted, Ramesh could face up to three years in prison or a fine for each charge. What is more concerning is that this is not an isolated case either.

Earlier this year, another Indian man, Erugula Eswara Reddy, was jailed for molesting a British woman in a nightclub in Singapore. Despite strict laws, crimes like this are on the rise threatening women’s safety.
It is appalling that such predators can even think of abusing multiple women. These incidents are not only disgraceful but also a warning for Airlines and authorities to do more to create a secure place for women onboard.
