Maharashtra Assembly Results are out and MahaYuti (NDA) is winning with a Record Majority. The BJP-led coalition is heading towards 225 mark out of the 288 seats in the Maharashtra Assembly.
This is not a good scenario for the TDP+ and Andhra Pradesh.

After the previous elections, the BJP had broken Shiv Sena and NCP Parties in Maharashtra to come to power.
The broken factions of Shiv Sena and NCP which are in the INDIA alliance have Seventeen MPs in the Parliament. In all probability, the Saffron Party will try to lure a majority of these Seventeen MPs to its side.

The Simple Majority in the Lok Sabha is 272. BJP is only 240 seats in the house and is majorly dependent on the TDP and the JDU for its survival. With the allies, NDA is currently at 293.
If the BJP is able to lure a majority of these seventeen MPs, it can close its deficit.

BJP needs thirty-two seats more for a Simple Majority in Lok Sabha.
In Bihar, in the four seats that went to the by-elections, the NDA candidates are winning all four. Bihar is going for Assembly Elections next year. Nitish Kumar would like to continue in NDA and so, he is unlikely to pose any trouble to the Central Government.
With JD(U)’s support guaranteed at least until next year and if the MPs of the Shiv Sena and NCP come towards the BJP, the Saffron Party will no longer dependent on the Seventeen MPs of TDP, so this is a bad sign for the state.
Chandrababu Naidu did not try to flex his muscle in the last five months. He has been considerate even about the Cabinet Berths as well. But this scenario is not good as far as the state is concerned as it needs Center’s hand-holding.
