It looks like AP Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan’s mania clicked in Maharashtra as the Mahayuti alliance is leading in most of the constituencies where Pawan had campaigned.
During his two-day trip to Maharashtra last week, Pawan Kalyan campaigned in Ballarpur, Deglur, Pune, Sholapur and Latur.

In Ballarpur, the BJP is leading over Congress by 2100 votes. In Deglur, the BJP is leading over Congress by 11429 votes. BJP’s candidate is leading with a slight margin of 550 votes in the Latur City constituency. In Latur Rural, the BJP’s candidate is leading over Congress candidate by 1094 votes.
Even in Pune Cantonment, where Pawan had campaigned, BJP’s candidate is leading with over 7200 votes. In Solapur, where the public came in huge numbers to watch Pawan, the BJP is leading in the Solapur City constituency and Solapur South constituency. In Solapur Central, AIMIM is leading over the BJP.

On the whole, Pawan’s campaigns proved to be a major success and helped the BJP in a big way in getting votes. All these areas have predominantly Telugu population and Pawan’s factor helped BJP gain their votes, say the political experts.
