Suriya’s Kanguva, which was released on November 14th in theaters, has acquired negative responses from the audiences and critics.
Kanguva was made with a budget of 350 crore, but as per reports, Kanguva is going to be a huge loss for many distributors and also for the production house.

From day 1 of this movie, many audiences who have watched this movie have shared negative responses, and also they have mentioned that the present-day portions were very plain and also there were sound issues as the movie is too loud.
Also, after the first day, the movie dipped in the box office collections. Then the team sorted out the audio issues in the movie by asking the distributors and theater owners to reduce the sound to 2 points while screening the movie.

Even after the sound issues had been sorted in the movie, many audiences watching the movie commented that still, the movie was lagging in many places.
In this scenario, as per reports, now the Kanguva team has trimmed the movie and got censored again and is said to have a new run time of around 2 hours and 22 minutes. Also, the present-day portions in the movie, which many audiences felt were too flat, were trimmed in large portions.
