Jimmy Kimmel in his monologue on Thursday night made fun of Donald Trump’s appointments and said Trump is running the administration like a reality show but reality show guys would have made much better appointments than Pete Hegseth, Matt Gaetz, Tulsi Gabbard and RFK Jr. “Who better to be in charge of health and humans than a guy whose brain was partially devoured by a worm?” Kimmel said after RFK Jr was named the health secretary.
“This tells you all you need to know about our country right now: RFK got caught having phone sex with a reporter and she was fired,” Kimmel continued. “What happened to him? They made him secretary of health and human services. Why not? I mean, if Matt Gaetz is going to be attorney general, bring in Gary Busey to run the CIA. Go for broke!” Kimmel said.
Was RFK Jr’s brain eaten by a worm?
Yes, RFK Jr said that doctors found a dead parasite in his head which devoured part of his brain. In 2010, Robert F Kennedy Jr experienced mental fogginess and memory loss for which he went under extensive diagnosis. It was found that he had a tumor but one doctor said his brain abnormality was caused by a worm that got into his brain and ate a portion of it and then died.
RFK Jr has similar interesting anecdotes like once he dumped a dead bear cub in New York’s Central Park in 2014. He said the bear cub died in front of him after being hit by a motorist and he thought he would take the dead animal. But then there was a change in plan and so he dumped it at Central Park next to an old bicycle.
RFK Jr also had an anecdote for his raspy voice which he said is caused by a neurological condition called spasmodic dysphonia — which affects about one in every 50,000 people. He said he started noticing the change in his voice when he was teaching at Pace University Schools of Law.
His recent controversy was his alleged affair with report Olivia Nuzzi which he denied and then there were rumors of his divorce from Cheryl Hines. Hines is RFK Jr’s third wife, after Emily Ruth Black and Mary Richardson Kennedy.
