Pawan Kalyan Proposes “Social Media Abuse Protection Bill”

Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan proposed a Social Media Abuse Protection Bill to take action against social media harassment in the state. This bill was proposed in the wake of the increasing social media harassment culture.

Pawan urged the government to pass the bill soon, under the tenure of Speaker Ayyanapatrudu and Deputy Speaker Raghu Rama Krishna Raju.

Following RRR’s unanimous election as Deputy Speaker, Pawan Kalyan congratulated him and spoke about the proposed bill. He explained how YCP social media has targeted TDP leaders, women leaders, and their family members and shared abusive and insulting posts. Pawan called the culprits “psychos” and “sadists”.

“Regardless of party differences, Andhra Pradesh should set an example by introducing the Social Media Abuse Protection Bill,” said Pawan Kalyan.

He recalled how Raghu Rama Krishna Raju was harassed by the former government and how Home Minister Anitha was also targeted by the YCP social media cell.

“If they can harass you, imagine the harassment faced by ordinary people. They are running a social media abuse cartel to protect their criminal empire, much like how Escobar began his drug cartel. They punished anyone who opposed them, just like how they harassed Krishnam Raju garu and even arrested a three-time Chief Minister,” Pawan Kalyan stated.
