Big Hits, But Not Superstar Yet

Kartik Aaryan became popular with his debut in Pyaar Ka Punchnama around 13 years ago. It’s been a long time and he should have reached a spot similar to the ones held by top stars in the industry.

Kartik’s recent release Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 has become a big hit and his performance is also being appreciated, especially in the climax. After the failure of Chandu Champion, this is a big relief to Kartik Aaryan.

Kartik Aaryan has always given his best when it comes to playing any character. Even if Chandu Champion flopped, no one can deny that he gave his 100%.

However, something is going wrong due to which he has still not received the reputation of a superstar.

Despite his occasional hits, the audience still doesn’t take him seriously. They always want to play him as this happy-go-lucky Chintu-type character. If he does a serious film like Chandu Champion they don’t accept him.

He needs to get a script and story for which he will be remembered for many years.

Today people remember Salman Khan for playing characters like Chulbul Pandey, Radhe, or Prem. The same can be said for Shah Rukh Khan, who has portrayed Raj, Rahul, or most recently, Pathaan or Vikram Rathore in Jawan.

Unfortunately, the same things have not happened for Kartik. People have praised his monologue in Pyaar Ka Punchnama and its sequel, but no one speaks about the character as they do for Salman from Bajrangi Bhaijaan or SRK from DDLJ.

Writers need to work on something that can keep Kartik in the spotlight in the upcoming years.

On top of it, his PR team tries to push him as the next Shah Rukh Khan which he isn’t. He needs to carve a niche for himself.

He is quite there but still quite far!
