An acre of land fetches up to Rs 15 crore in the open market here. In this calculation, 15 acres together will be up to Rs.225 crores. Jagan’s government allotted all that valuable land at the rate of Rs.1 lakh per acre.

First, the land was earmarked only for Spiritual Purposes. The Swami requested the Government and got changed it to ‘any purpose’.

The ‘any purpose’ change indicates the land is not going to be used for Spiritual Purposes and it is a favor to the Swamy by the then Government.

Besides, Jagan Government used to spend 20 Lakh Rupees per month for the security of the Peetam. The new government also withdrew the security recently.
