She may not have gotten a Mar-a-Lago invite, but retired race car driver Danica Patrick was nonetheless in a celebratory mood after Donald Trump‘s electoral victory on Tuesday.
‘We did it,’ Patrick wrote on X alongside a photo of herself standing in front of an American flag.
Dressed in a red pant suit, the smiling Patrick was visibly proud after stumping for the Republican candidate in recent months.
In the last few days, she was seen on Trump’s private jet, not to mention a number of campaign stops. But on Tuesday night, as Trump closed in on the White House, Patrick took to social media after being snubbed from the big party in Florida.
Sitting on a carpeted floor alongside two other women, she wrote, ‘Where was our Mar-a-Lago invite?’

Earlier on Tuesday, she explained the crazy start to her week traveling on Trump Force 1 with the campaign team, ending their fourth rally of the day at 2:30am before flying back to West Palm Beach.
The former NASCAR and Indy Car driver wrote: ‘Energy brought to you by a proud American. Vote like your freedom depends on it, because it does.’
And while Patrick was happy with the election’s result, she was seemingly flummoxed at her lack of invitation to the glitzy event that the likes of Elon Musk were enjoying at Mar-a-Lago.
Images from the event showed a relaxed Trump chatting with Musk and Dana White, while guests shared a number of smiling selfies from Mar-a-Lago’s ballroom.
But while Trump’s camp appeared in high spirits, Kamala Harris’ election night party reportedly fell ‘silent’ and the crowd thinned out significantly as they felt the race slipping away.
The Mar-a-Lago election night party saw a number of Trump allies and GOP influencers to watch the results pour in, with Musk also bringing one of his eleven children to the event .
Former presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy, Alabama Senator and former Auburn football coach Tommy Tuberville as well as Trump’s attorney Alina Habba have all shared smiling pictures from the party.
