Though NTR’s Devara stood out to be a winner at the box office, there was one major complaint about the film and it has something to do with the cinematographer, Ratnavelu.
Ratnavelu’s questionable framing pattern meant that NTR looked oddly confined in certain shots including the container destroying scene.

While there were brilliant moments in Ayudha Pooja song, thanks to refined cinematography, they were outnumbered by the shambolic framing in many other scenes. There were countless complaints from NTR’s fans as well.
Now, the very same Ratnavelu is on-board for Ram Charan’s film with Buchi Babu.

Height wise, both NTR and Ram Charan are in the same bracket. So it Ratnavelu stutters again with the framing, then he could come under severe pump, this time from Mega fans.
That being said, Ratnavelu earlier delivered exquisite work for Rangasthalam so his combination with Charan is not to be questioned.

Moreover, the ace cinematographer himself will be looking to undo the Devara hate by delivering winning work for Charan’s film. This could only go on to favor Charan further.
