Director Vamshi Paidipally is set to make his Bollywood debut. He is in talks with Aamir Khan for a new film, which Dil Raju might produce.
Vamshi Paidipally made underwhelming films with Prabhas, Ram Charan, and Mahesh Babu in the Telugu film industry. When offers dried up in Telugu, he knocked on the doors of the Tamil industry and did a film with Thalapathy Vijay titled Varisu.

Though it did decent business at the box office, it stood out as one of the most redundant and impactless movies of Vijay in recent times. After that, the big heroes in the Tamil industry seemed to have stopped entertaining Vamshi Paidipally.
Now, Vamshi has moved on to Bollywood, and it seems Aamir Khan has fallen into his trap.

Aamir Khan is facing a rough phase in his career after two major disasters, Thugs of Hindostan and Laal Singh Chaddha. He hasn’t delivered a successful film in almost 9 years.
In the 2000s, his career got a boost after working with South director AR Murugadoss for Ghajini. He might be thinking that Vamshi can also help him get another boost in his career.

But maybe he doesn’t know that, in the South, Vamshi Paidipally is considered an outdated director with no fresh ideas.
