Ravi Teja, one of Telugu cinema’s busiest actors, is reportedly planning to work with Tamil director Sundar C.
Ravi Teja has faced a string of flops following the success of Dhamaka, with films like Ravanasura, Tiger Nageswara Rao, Eagle, and Mr. Bachchan flopping miserably at the box office.

Sundar C was a popular director in the 90s, known for delivering hits even with fading stars.
He rose to fame so quickly that even Rajinikanth gave him the opportunity to direct him in Arunachalam in 1997. However, despite the high expectations, the film underperformed at the box office.

Still, Sundar C found success in the comedy genre, consistently delivering hits. Later, he ventured into horror comedies with the Aranmanai series, which became hugely successful, including this year’s Aranmanai 4.
However, his films outside the Aranmanai franchise didn’t do well. Movies like Ambala and the remake of Attarintiki Daaredhi were major flops at the box office.

According to rumors, during a shooting break for Ravi Teja’s next project with Samajavaragamana writer Bhanu Bhogavarapu, the actor showed interest in a story by Sundar C.
Though no official announcement has been made, industry insiders feel this collaboration could be a risky move for Ravi Teja, especially given Sundar C’s mixed track record.
If the two team up, it remains to be seen whether this gamble will pay off or lead to another setback for Ravi Teja.
