After taking charge as Andhra Pradesh’s Chief Minister, Chandrababu Naidu has been taking proactive steps towards the development of the state in various sectors.
The government has been actively taking steps to attract investments from various companies. As part of these efforts, the well-known mall group, Lulu, has come forward to invest in multiple cities across Andhra Pradesh.

Yesterday, Lulu Group’s MD, Yusuffali MA met Chandrababu Naidu to discuss setting up his properties in AP. Chandrababu Naidu took to X to share a few pictures from the meeting.
Along with the photos, CBN tweeted, “I’m pleased to welcome the Chairman & MD of Lulu Group International, Mr @Yusuffali_MA, and the Executive Director, Mr Ashraf Ali MA, back to Andhra Pradesh. I had a very productive meeting with their delegation in Amaravati today.”

“We discussed plans for a Mall and multiplex in Vizag, Hypermarket and multiplexes in Vijayawada and Tirupati, along with investments in the food processing sector across the state,” he wrote.
“The GoAP shall extend every possible cooperation and support. I wish my friend all the best in his endeavours and look forward to a fruitful partnership for the development of Andhra Pradesh,” CBN added.

Quoting his tweet today, Yusuffali thanked Chandrababu Naidu for a warm welcome to him and his team. He later revealed that she shares an 18-year-old friendly bond with Naidu.
Yusuffali revealed that Lulu is planning to construct an 8-screen multiplex in Vizag, including an IMAX screen. Along with that, hypermarkets will be constructed in Vijayawada and Tirupati.
“We have decided to start an international-standard Shopping Mall with 8-screen imax multiplex in Vizag, state-of-the-art Hypermarkets in Vijayawada and Tirupati along with modern Food Processing and Logistic Centers in Andhra Pradesh,” he tweeted.
This will be the first IMAX screen for Visakhapatnam and thus, the residents of the city are elated by this announcement. Notably, Hyderabad lacks an IMAX screen at present.
