It was like the industry was on the verge of collapse. Tollywood fears exactly the same. Sometimes, these things do not stop with one case. If more victims come forward, the Pandora box may be opened. So everyone is nervous.
After the Jani Master issue, we have seen Poonam Kaur talk about Trivikram. We do not know if she will come forward and reveal everything or keep making veiled comments like she has been doing for the past 3-4 years.

Meanwhile, a new discussion propped up in the industry all of a sudden.
Some people are saying small artists, YouTubers, and Influencers are making money when the sun shines and are resorting to complaints when things go wrong.

There are people in the industry who lure women with costly gifts, money, and even monthly payments.
Things go right when everything is in order. But the behavior of these men is as such, they do not stick to a single woman. When their taste changes, they stop paying money and these gifts. They allege that the women then feel neglected and go into blackmail mode with these complaints.
But then, who is the culprit here – the men or the women?
The law defines women as exploited. Even when women are arrested in prostitution, they are called Victims and are sent to Rescue homes, not jails.
There is no ambiguity here. The women are the exploited and the men are the exploiters.
But then, the society is not forgiving.
The industry is trying to bring the argument that these girls are into consensual sex/relationships for easy money and later play the victim card when things go wrong. So, there is an attempt to show there is no one right or no one wrong in these issues.
Why does the law see the girls as victims?
It is known that the film industry is notorious for exploiting women.
Most women come to the industry with the dream of making it big here. They are lured into this mess by offering opportunities. They were lured into Instagram Glamour with posh gifts and monthly payments.
These girls are mostly from poor and middle-class backgrounds. They lack proper attention from their families and resources to live an Instagram-able life. They believe Instagram is the shortcut to the glamour and fame they aspired to in the film industry.
The exploiters come in and tempt them into this mess paying money and giving costly gifts.
The law is clear about the exploiters and the exploited but the society is confused.
They feel that men are the entitled ones and that women particularly those who flaunt Instagram Reels are wrong. This mindset did not start today. Even in the olden days, society is okay if a man’s character was bad but the hell broke loose when a woman’s character is bad.
The exploiters try to use this mindset of society to say no one is right or no one is wrong. Thus the issue is diluted.
Promising Instagram-able life is the trap they lay for women. Showing her reels and ruining her character is the exit they take using the same Instagram.
