Rajkumar Rao was recently seen in Stree 2 that has become a massive success. It is closing in on the record set by Jawan and has become one of the biggest releases of Bollywood in 2024. And Tripti Dimri who has recasted herself as a sizzling diva of Bollywood. Her last big release was Animal that took over Bollywood by a storm. Even her latest film Bad Newz received a relatively decent response.

The two superhit stars would be seen together in a new project. Fans of both the stars are looking forward to their jodi coming together. The question remains how well this new jodi will fare on the big screens. The film has a quirky name: Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video. But its trailer that has been released officially is rather bland. People feel that Rajkumar Rao is being typecasted to overreacting and many think he is just stuck in his Stree 2 role.
The small town middle class genre has recently taken over Bollywood. Many films like Haseen Dilruba, Bareilly Ki Barfi, and Stree has already tried this genre extensively. Fans also complained that Tripti Dimri seems out of place in the film.

On top of it, the film directed by Raaj Shandilya will clash with Jigra on 11 October!
