YS Jagan Mohan Reddy continues to be a Political Tourist to Andhra Pradesh. He is staying in his Bengaluru Palace these days and is coming to Andhra only when there is an issue.
The visits are mostly to console the leaders who are arrested or dead.

The other day, he visited Guntur Jail to meet Former Bapatla MP Nandigam Suresh who was arrested in the TDP Mangalagiri Office case.
Jagan’s appearance surprised everyone.

His face is fully tanned and dull. It appears like his hair is unkept and not dyed. It was so unnatural of Jagan Mohan Reddy.
During the last five years, he used to be always neat. Probably, he is so depressed by the defeat and is struggling to come out of it.

Probably, it is not just the results. Andhra Pradesh Politics have become unhappening for the YSR Congress. There is a lack of enthusiasm in the cadre and leaders and there are no issues to pin down the Government.
The central government’s dependence on Chandrababu’s support is even more disturbing. Probably, Jagan is expecting his cases to fast-track sooner or later.
They say the face is the index of the mind. If that is to go by, things are definitely gloomy at Jagan’s end.
During his media interactions, Jagan is repeatedly asserting he would come to power in the next five years.
How eager he might be, five years is five years and it is just three months of the new government. Just because Jagan is desperate time will not move fast.
And doing nothing for the people by sitting in Bengaluru, elections will barely matter. The result will not change.
