Isiah Pacheco scored a third-quarter touchdown to give the Chiefs a 10-point lead over the Baltimore Ravens only minutes after reportedly vomiting on the field.
Multiple reporters at the game tweeted that Pacheco vomited on the side of the field after appearing to get struck around the ribs on the prior play.
Pictures even surfaced on X of Pacheco slumped on the floor but the running back picked himself up off the ground and returned to the field moments later.
And he crossed the line with a one-yard score to give the Chiefs a commanding lead at Arrowhead Stadium over the Ravens.
Matt Derrick, a reporter for ChiefsDigest.com, was one of the first reporters to notice the incident with Pacheco, posting on social media: ‘Isiah Pacheco came rushing to the sideline after his carry, went to the ground and vomited. He’s heading back into the game now.’

The vomiting claims sparked concerns from some fans in response, with a number saying that it could be a sign that Pacheco is concussed.
‘Dude that’s not cool. He likely got concussed. I did this once in a rugby game and didn’t remember throwing up. If he’s saying it was nerves or something – maybe – but this sounds sus,’ one fan wrote.
Another said: ‘I mean, isn’t that like one of the major signs of a concussion?’
But other viewers thought Pacheco was hurt on the previews play and maybe even had winded himself through a heavy landing.
‘Looked like he landed on the ball, might have had the wind knocked out of him,’ another fan suggested.
