Even though Amazon and Flipkart deliver the products on time, many people were daily posting complaint or their anger towards them on social media as the products delivered by them were damaged and not working properly.

Amazon and Flipkart staff were not handling the things properly and getting them broken and delivered to the customers; if it’s an accident, then it’s fine, but if the reason is carelessness, then it can’t be accepted.
An X user named Ghar Ke Kalesh has posted a video in his X account in which the staff of e-commerce companies is throwing the products from the train. Products were being transported in many ways; railways are one among them. In this video, the staff did not even care about what the products were and were throwing them like they wanted. This doesn’t look good, and these products will be delivered to the customers, and they’ve been claiming replacements as the products will be damaged by these staff.

E-commerce companies should enforce their rules for the staff and should take necessary action against the staff and employees to avoid this type of careless behavior from their staff.
