This decision was made due to the clashes that erupted following the recent election results, with Peddareddy being disqualified as a result. The police have issued notices to his residence, indicating that he is not allowed to step into the constituency without prior permission.

Peddareddy’s presence in the constituency has consistently led to conflicts, with his most recent entry into the area just four days ago sparking significant unrest. This situation escalated when TDP leaders arrived at his residence to confront him, leading to a violent clash between supporters of both YSRCP and TDP.

The confrontation resulted in vehicles being set on fire and the destruction of property, including the windows of Peddareddy’s house. Following the violence, the police escorted Peddareddy out of the constituency to Anantapuram. The situation is being closely monitored, and a report has been submitted to the government by the Director General of Police (DGP) regarding the recent incidents.

The DGP’s report highlighted that the presence of key leaders from both the TDP and YSRCP in Tadipatri tends to result in clashes, leading to the SP’s decision to expel Peddareddy from the constituency. This action was taken with consideration of the family of JC Asmit Reddy, who emerged victorious in the recent elections.
