N-Convention Demolition Was Legal: HYDRAA

Nagarjuna condemned the demolition and called it ‘unlawful’. The High Court of Telangana gave an interim stay on the demolition this afternoon but by that time, the N-Convention was already demolished.

Meanwhile, HYDRAA commissioner Ranganath clarified that no stay has been given on the demolition of the N-Convention in the past.

He asserted that the demolition process has been done legally, as per the law. He said that there was no truth in the news saying that the High Court gave a stay order on the demolition of this establishment.

Ranganath said that as the convention is located within the Full Tank Level (FTL) of Thammidikunta Lake, it had been demolished.
