Featuring talented Rao Ramesh in the lead role, Maruthi Nagar Subramanyam is hitting the theaters today, 23rd August. Mythri Movie Makers who bought the film and are giving it a wide release today are so confident that they screened premiere shows last night. Three premieres were screened in Hyderabad while one was screened in Kakinada.

Coming the reception that these premiere shows garnered, they are very encouraging for the film. The common consensus from the premieres is that Rao Ramesh has killed it in this comedy caper that perfectly depicts the comical side and also emotional connect associated with middle class families.
As per the word of mouth, the first half is packed with breezy comedy while the emotions set in in the latter half and things are rounded off perfectly in the climax. The majority of those who watched the movie last night called it a breezy watch.

Buoyed by the response for the premieres, director Lakhsman Karya and Rao Ramesh embraced each after getting emotional.
Creative director Sukumar’s wife, Tabitha, for the first time has turned presenter for this film as she took a leap of faith. Her maiden stint appears to be working out very well. She was the one who brought Mythri Movie Makers also onboard and that in turn increased the canvas of the film.

Maruthi Nagar Subramanyam is touted to be the potential small film that can go big at the box office this August. The Lakshman Kaarya directorial is funded by Bujji Rayudu Pentyala and Mohan Karya under PBR Cinemas and Lokamaatre Cinematics. The film is releasing in theaters today.
