    Tate Brothers: Andrew Tate, brother Tristan’s residences raided by Romanian Police: What we know so far



    Romanian police officers carried out fresh raids at the residences of controversial influencer Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan Tate in connection with the human trafficking and rape cases against Andrew Tate. One of the world’s best-known influencers, Andrew Tate is known for spouting his misogynist and divisive ideas to his millions of followers.The Tate brothers have been accused of having formed an organized criminal network in early 2021 in Romania and Britain. They have denied the charges and a trial date has not yet been set.
    The fresh raids came as the police said to have received some inputs over the involvement of minors in the Tate brothers’ criminal network.
    Andrew Tate took to X on Wednesday and said the “minor” the police are talking about is “24 years old”. “But because she first followed me years ago, when she was 17.     New investigation against Andrew Tate, Tristan Tate

    1. Romania’s anti-organized crime agency, DIICOT, said it was searching four homes in Bucharest and nearby Ilfov county, investigating allegations of human trafficking, the trafficking of minors, sexual intercourse with a minor, influencing statements and money laundering.
    2. Both Andrew Tate and Tristan are former kickboxers and dual British-US citizens with millions of social media followers.
    3. They were arrested in 2022 near Bucharest along with two Romanian women.
    4. Andrew and Tristan were held for three months in police detention before they were moved to house arrest.
    5. Last month, a court ruling allowed the Tate brothers to travel outside Romania.
    6. On Wednesday, four search warrants were executed in connection with “the crimes of forming an organized criminal group, trafficking in minors”, “sexual relations with a minor” and “money laundering”.
    7. In 2016, Andrew Tate appeared on the “Big Brother” reality television show in Britain but was removed after a video emerged showing him attacking a woman.
