The fresh raids came as the police said to have received some inputs over the involvement of minors in the Tate brothers’ criminal network.

New investigation against Andrew Tate, Tristan Tate
- Romania’s anti-organized crime agency, DIICOT, said it was searching four homes in Bucharest and nearby Ilfov county, investigating allegations of human trafficking, the trafficking of minors, sexual intercourse with a minor, influencing statements and money laundering.
- Both Andrew Tate and Tristan are former kickboxers and dual British-US citizens with millions of social media followers.
- They were arrested in 2022 near Bucharest along with two Romanian women.
- Andrew and Tristan were held for three months in police detention before they were moved to house arrest.
- Last month, a court ruling allowed the Tate brothers to travel outside Romania.
- On Wednesday, four search warrants were executed in connection with “the crimes of forming an organized criminal group, trafficking in minors”, “sexual relations with a minor” and “money laundering”.
- In 2016, Andrew Tate appeared on the “Big Brother” reality television show in Britain but was removed after a video emerged showing him attacking a woman.
