Former president and GOP presidential candidate Donald Trump is now complaining relentlessly and grown increasingly upset about Kamala Harris’ surging poll numbers and media coverage. According to a Washington Post report, Donald Trump told an ally last week on phone that it’s unfair that he beat Joe Biden and now he has to beat Kamala Harris too. Trump is asking his friends how his campaign is performing, the report said.
Republican Vivek Ramaswamy also admitted that the last weeks were not particularly good for the GOP but Kamala Harris choosing Minnesota Governor Tim Walz as her running mate provided the reset that the party needed. The GOP campaign has hit a few speed bumps, Trump ally Lindsey Graham admitted.
“The Trump campaign has never taken anything for granted and we always fight like we’re the underdogs,” Steven Cheung, a Trump spokesman, said in a statement. “That’s especially true after an assassination attempt on President Trump heading into Convention. Our sole job is to help President Trump win the election, and we’re going to beat the brakes off the dangerously liberal Kamala-Walz ticket.”

Though Trump campaign is confident of the November win, at present they are “publicly struggling to manage the daily news cycle” as there’s lot of excitement around Kamala Harris and Tim Walz. People close to the campaign wondered whether the Trump campaign was caught off the guard though they predicted that Kamala Harris was going to be the nominee after Biden’s disastrous June 27 debate.
During the Trump-Biden campaign, there used to be one event a week, but now there is suddenly a flurry of activities — like a real presidential campaign, an aide said.

DJT,” he wrote.
