Donald Trump Project 2025: Trump took a private flight with Project 2025 director in 2022, reveals new photo

Donald Trump has categorically denied having anything to do with controversial Project 2025 but the controversy is far from dying down as now a photo of Trump with Kevin Roberts, the president of Heritage Foundation has surfaced. Reports said Trump took a 45-minute private flight with Kevin Roberts, which was not reported earlier. The flew together to a Heritage conference where Trump delivered a keynote address, the Washington Post reported.
The flight was from Trump’s Palm Beach home to the annual conference of the foundation on Amelia Island.Heritage chartered the plane because Trump’s jet was being refurbished at the time, the report said.
The revelation came in a stark contrast with Trump’s repeated claims that he had no idea what Project 2025 and Heritage Foundation was. “Have no idea who is in charge of it,” he wrote in a social media post in July.
Roberts earlier claimed he personally talked to Trump about Project 2025, which Trump campaign denied.

Project 2025 is apparently a blueprint for the second Trump administration including some controversial “abysmal” proposals. The 900-page policy book plans an overhaul of the federal government. Two former Trump administration officials Paul Dans and Spencer Chretien spearheaded the Project 2025. On July 30, Dans stepped down from his role and also exited the Heritage Foundation.
The GOP is distancing itself with Project 2025 and now Kevin Roberts has delayed the publication of his book the forward of which was written by Trump’s running mate JD Vance. The book – Dawn’s Early Light — was originally scheduled to be published in September but now has been delayed until November. The book’s title has been changed, as earlier listings suggest it was originally set to be subtitled “Burning Down Washington to Save America.”
Trump campaign spokesperson Karoline Leavitt earlier said that Project 2025 will never be an accurate reflection of Trump’s policies. “As President Trump himself and our campaign leadership have repeatedly stated, President Trump’s 20 promises to the forgotten men and women and the [Republican Party] platform are the only policies endorsed by President Trump for a second term,” the campaign said.
