Notable absences from this beta include Image Playground, Genmoji, ChatGPT integration, and some advanced Siri functionalities. Apple plans to roll out additional features over time through regular updates.
While excitement builds around these new capabilities, it’s important to note that Apple Intelligence will remain in beta when officially launched this fall. The company has not yet announced plans for a public beta of iOS 18.1, iPadOS 18.1, and macOS Sequoia 15.1.
Interestingly, Apple has stated that devices in the EU may not receive Apple Intelligence due to potential conflicts with the Digital Markets Act’s interoperability requirements. However, the company is working with the European Commission to find a solution.
