Hyundai Motor India soon going to update its entry-level Grand i10 Nios hatchback the Aura compact sedan in the country. If reports are to be believed, the company has started dispatching the updated models across its dealerships and their prices will be announced in coming days. The 2023 Hyundai Grand i20 Nios and Aura facelifts will comply with the BS6 Phase 2 (CAFÉ 2 – Corporate Average Fuel Economy) emission norms. The new 2023 Hyundai Grand i10 Nios and Aura facelifts will come with the updated 1.2L, 4-cylinder petrol and 1.0L turbo petrol engine options. The former will go through the exhaust gas treatment procedure that will reduce its emission levels. With the update, the power and torque figures might witness a slight drop. In its current form, the 1.2L naturally aspirated gasoline unit makes 82bhp and 114Nm of torque. The 1.0L turbo petrol will continue to deliver power worth 99bhp and 172Nm of torque. The CNG fuel option will also be available. There will be no diesel engine on offer.
Minimal changes are expected to be made on the exterior and interior. The new 2023 Hyundai Grand i10 Nios and Aura facelifts might come with the slightly updated front and rear bumpers, newly-designed LED DRLs, dual-tone alloy wheels, new upholstery and a bunch of new features.
Similar to the current model, the updated Grand i10 Nios will offer a 5.3-inch semi digital multi information display, an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system with the smartphone connectivity, wireless charging, automatic climate control with eco coating, Arkamys premium sound system, adjustable rear headrests, leather wrapped steering wheel and push button start/stop system.
The 2023 Hyundai Aura facelift will come equipped with features such as wireless phone charger, automatic climate control, eco-coating technology, leather-wrapped steering wheel and gear knob, cruise control, an 8.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a 5.3-inch digital speedometer with MID, voice recognition and more.
