Watch: Obama guides Biden as US President appears to ‘freeze’ on-stage at LA Event

In yet another video that has put Democrats in a tight spot ahead of the presidential polls, ex-US President Barack Obama was seen ushering incumbent US President Joe Biden off stage after the latter appeared to be “frozen” before the huge audience.

The clip of the Los Angeles fundraiser has been doing the rounds of social media where Biden appears to have a frozen moment before the stage curtain goes down.

In the video, Obama can be seen holding Biden’s hand and taking him off the stage after the US president looked fixedly at the crowd.

The clip of the incident was shared by British broadcaster Piers Morgan, who wrote, “So embarrassing. The Democrats can’t let this go on, surely?”

However, this is not the first time that Biden’s gaffe has caught social media’s attention.

A few days ago, a video of US President Joe Biden’s “embarrassing” moments from Italy’s G7 Summit had gone viral. The two videos of Biden gave sufficient ammunition to the Republican trolls.

In the first video, he was seen awkwardly saluting Italy’s Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni after he arrived for the G7 summit on Thursday.

Later in another video, Biden was seen awkwardly walking away from the group as the world leaders posed for official G7 photo. The video showed Biden walking a few feet away from the group as he gave a thumbs up to someone. Meloni, however, quickly reached out to him, tapping on his shoulder to get his attention back to the group photo.

Social media users swiftly shared videos of the awkward salutation, which went viral. While some considered Biden’s move out of touch, others applauded him for showing his Italian counterpart some dignity. Meloni, however, seemed unperturbed by the gesture and continued with her engagements.

The 81-year-old Biden comes under scanner as he seeks another term as US president. Last week, he was spotted awkwardly fumbling for his seat during a poignant D-Day commemoration ceremony in France despite his wife Jill Biden and French President Emmanuel Macron remaining upright beside him.
