Ashiana Housing, based in the national capital, achieved sales bookings of Rs 1,798 crore. Ahmedabad-based Arvind Smartspaces Ltd sold properties worth Rs 1,107 crore, while Ajmera Realty & Infrastructure Ltd, with headquarters in Mumbai, reported pre-sales of Rs 1,017 crore
