RIL Dividend 2024, Share Price Today: India’s richest man Mukesh Ambani‘s textile-to-oil conglomerate Reliance Industries Ltd (RIL) announced a dividend for its shareholders in its recent annual general meeting held on April 22. The company is set to pay 100 per cent dividend on the face value of Rs 10 each.
RIL’s shares on Saturday’s special trading session (May 18) settled at Rs 2,869.50 on NSE, 0.66 per cent higher against its previous closing price.
Indian stock markets were open on Saturday, May 18, 2024, as the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) have scheduled a special trading session, in the equity and equity derivatives segments, to evaluate their disaster preparedness in the event of major disruptions.
Both exchanges underwent an intraday switch from the primary site to the disaster recovery (DR) site during this session.

Reliance Industries announced a dividend of Rs 10 per equity share for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2024.
“Recommended a dividend of Rs. 10.00 per equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2024,” the company said in an exchange filing.

Revenue from operations surged 11 per cent year-on-year to Rs 2.4 lakh crore in the reporting period, compared with Rs 2.16 lakh crore in the previous year quarter.
The company’s operating profit (EBITDA) recorded a strong growth of 14 per cent year-on-year to Rs 47,150 crore in the March quarter, while margins expanded 50 basis points to 17.8 per cent.
