Backed by Indian Silicon Valley Capital, Numour sells through its website, ecommerce marketplaces, quick commerce platform Blinkit, and offline stores
Delhi NCR-based D2C skincare brand Numour is in talks to raise nearly $3.1 Mn (about ₹30 Cr) in a funding round led by Sharrp Ventures, sources told Inc42.
The brand, which combines skincare formulations with beauty devices, is currently backed by Indian Silicon Valley Capital.
Questions sent to Numour and Sharrp Ventures did not elicit a response till the time of publication.
Founded in 2025 by Divya Jain, Numour operates through Nuvanza Venture. Besides its own website, the brand says it sells through ecommerce platforms Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart, and Myntra, and quick commerce platform Blinkit. It also has an offline presence through Broadway stores.
Its product portfolio includes sunscreens, dual-phase serums, collagen-based skincare products, LED-equipped jars, sonic massagers, and facial devices. Some products incorporate red or blue LEDs, while others feature sonic massage technology.
Numour says its product development centres on three areas: active ingredients, skin barrier care, and delivery technology. The brand claims its formulations combine clinically validated ingredients with delivery systems designed to carry active ingredients beyond the skin’s surface barrier.
It positions itself at the intersection of skincare and consumer technology.
Sharrp Ventures is the investment office of the Harsh Mariwala family. Its investments span businesses across categories such as beauty and personal care, consumer technology, health and wellness, food and beverages, and lifestyle.
In July, it led ₹100 Cr funding round of beauty and personal care contract manufacturer Naturis Cosmetics.
Numour’s fundraising talks come amid investments in skincare brands. In May, CHOSEN raised $5 Mn in a Series A round led by Fireside Ventures, with participation from L’Oreal’s venture capital arm BOLD and Alkemi Growth Capital. The brand earmarked the capital for strengthening R&D, expanding its product pipeline, and scaling its team and centre of excellence.
At the heart of these investments is India’s growing D2C market, which is projected to grow from $65 Bn in 2026 to $310 Bn by 2031, at a CAGR of around 37%.
