Latin American accounting software company Siigo acquired Chilean sales software company Bsale. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Founded in Chile in 2006 Bsale provides cloud based sales software for small and medium businesses. Its platform manages invoicing, inventory, payments, reporting, and sales across physical stores and ecommerce channels. Bsale operates in Chile, Peru, and Mexico.

The acquisition strengthens Siigo’s presence in Chile and expands its offering beyond accounting and administrative software into sales management. Siigo entered the Chilean market in 2025 through its acquisition of Kame.

Siigo operates in six Latin American countries, employs more than 4,500 people, and serves 1.3 million businesses and accountants.
