A train track that can flag a problem before it becomes a failure. A solution to assist people with Parkinson's. A cold-storage that keeps a farmer's harvest from going to waste. A faster way to diagnose diseases before they progress. These are the kinds of solutions Hausla Empowered, Kotak Mahindra Bank's founder-focused docuseries, sets out to document in its second season.

The show is part of Kotak BizLabs, the bank's accelerator programme, and this season follows four entrepreneurs building in that ecosystem: Pradivya AI, working on railway safety; Lifespark Technologies, focused on Parkinson's care; SabjiKothi, addressing post-harvest farm losses; and Easiofy Solutions, developing solutions for earlier disease detection.

The series is streaming on MX Player, Prime Video, and Kotak's digital platforms.

What the founders are building

Each of the four featured startups addresses a distinct, tangible problem.

Pradivya AI is working on AI-powered predictive track inspection aimed at improving railway safety. Lifespark Technologies is developing technology-led support for people living with Parkinson's disease. SabjiKothi is building cold-storage innovation designed to reduce post-harvest losses for farmers.

Easiofy Solutions is developing AI-enabled healthcare tools linked to earlier diagnosis and treatment planning.

Together, these four stories span mobility, healthcare, and agriculture, showcasing how technology is being used to address real-world challenges. Hausla Empowered spotlights founders whose innovations are creating meaningful impact on everyday life.

Rohit Bhasin, Head - Business Banking and Chief Marketing Officer at Kotak Mahindra Bank, said the series is meant to highlight the conviction behind the founders' work. “Hausla is the courage to turn an idea into action. These four founders are using technology and innovation to address challenges that affect people’s everyday lives, from safer railways and better Parkinson’s care to reducing farm losses and enabling earlier diagnosis. Through Hausla Empowered, we want more people to be inspired through the conviction behind these solutions and the entrepreneurs building them”

The bigger picture

The first season of Hausla Empowered premiered in October 2025, featuring four founders from the Kotak BizLabs Accelerate Programme ecosystem. It garnered more than 30 million views across platforms. Season 2 follows the same format: a launch film followed by four episodes, each documenting one founder's journey.

Hausla Empowered is driven by Kotak BizLabs, the bank's CSR-driven accelerator programme that supports early-revenue startups through mentorship, incubation, networking and funding. The docuseries format gives founders from the programme's cohort a platform beyond the accelerator itself, connecting their work to a wider audience and showing real-world impact.

The four founders featured in Season 2 continue that approach, illustrating how the BizLabs ecosystem supports ventures across sectors that are solving real problems by using technology and innovation.
