Including other income of ₹51 Lakh, total income rose 23.8% to ₹107.27 in the year under review.

Founded in 2016 by Preet Sandhuu and Deep Sisai, AVPL International offers drone training and other skill development programmes for the agriculture sector. As per its website, the company operates over 70 drone training centres across 16 states. It also offers drones, drone-as-a-service, and other agri solutions.

Last year, AVPL International signed a term sheet for a “strategic company merger” with listed rival DroneAcharaya. However, the deal did not go through

Months later, AVPL International pre-filed DRHP for ₹200 Cr IPO in October last year. Although the SEBI gave its nod to the public listing in January, AVPL is yet to file its updated IPO papers. Inc42 has reached out to the company to discern the timeline of the public offering. The story will be updated based on their response.

To note, this marks the dronetech company’s second stab at a public listing. In December 2023, the startup filed its DRHP with SEBI for a listing on NSE Emerge. At the time, the startup was eyeing a fresh issue of up to 2.1 Cr shares, with no offer-for-sale component. However, its IPO didn’t materialise

Total expenditure increased 34.7% to ₹88.3 Cr in FY26 from ₹65.6 Cr in the last fiscal year. Here’s where AVPL International spent most of its costs:
