Pago ASAP, a cross border payments platform, raised $1.15M at a $5M valuation and launched operations in Colombia. SaaSholic led the round with an $800K investment, while RallyCap contributed $350K.

Pago ASAP provides payment infrastructure that allows banks, fintechs, digital wallets, remittance companies, and businesses to send and receive payments between Venezuela and other markets through its API or platform.

With the funds Pago ASAP will expand across Latin America and strengthen its payment infrastructure.

Pago ASAP works with more than 1,200 businesses across Chile, Colombia, Peru, Mexico, and the US. In the first half of 2026, the company processed more than $30M in transactions to Venezuela and $128M from the country.
