Guideless, a Vilnius-based AI-powered software training and operational knowledge platform, has raised a €1 million pre-Seed funding round to help companies reduce time and money spent on creating and maintaining workflow training materials.
The round was led by Superhero Capital, with participation from FIRSTPICK VC and angel investors Thomas Plantenga (Group CEO of Vinted), Vytautas Atkočaitis (Vinted Go CEO), and Vinted co-founder Mantas Mikuckas.
“Workflow and training automation is going to be a huge market over the next decade, but most of the current tech isn’t forward-thinking enough to get there. We backed Guideless early because they do more than eliminate the grunt work of creating and updating training videos — they’re fixing problems companies don’t yet realise they have. That’s why they’ll lead this new wave of workplace training,” said Audrius Milukas, Partner at Superhero Capital and lead investor in the round.
Evaldas Bieliūnas and Dovydas Remeika soft-launched Guideless in late 2025 and incorporated the company in June 2026. Guideless is an AI-powered software training platform that helps companies replace uneditable screen recordings with AI-narrated videos. It claims to create training guides up to 10x faster and easier.
It states that companies spend significant time and money creating extensive training materials for various software programmes and workplace functions, only for employees to avoid the documentation and instead ask colleagues for help or submit support tickets.
Citing a report, the company states that the untapped market encompassing training, knowledge management, and AI-driven workflow automation is projected to exceed €18.3 million ($21.5 billion) by 2031. However, the Lithuanian startup believes that it lacks a centralised, modern way to capture workflows, audit them, and surface inefficiencies.
Guideless claims that its platform uses AI to document how work is performed across any kind of business software. The person who already knows a workflow simply performs it while running Guideless, which automatically captures each relevant step. The AI generates the visual sequence, writes and refines text instructions, adds highlights and zoom effects, generates a transcript and captions for its natural-sounding narration, and applies company branding. The prepared content is then ready to be shared, embedded, or exported.
Evaldas Bieliūnas, CEO and co-founder of Guideless, said, “Leading commercial teams and onboarding employees across multiple countries for over a decade, including at Vinted Go, I saw firsthand how much time and money gets wasted on inefficient workflow training. Another standard documentation tool wasn’t going to solve this, so we designed Guideless to convert every workflow it captures into structured operational context, eventually forming an evolving memory layer that preserves institutional knowledge as teams, tools, and processes change. AI unlocked Guideless’ potential to become the default workflow intelligence layer for software-driven organisations, and now we provide training to employees, customers, partners, and AI agents based on a single source of truth.”
The company notes that every Guideless tutorial consists of a series of fully editable individual steps, making it easy to update, duplicate, translate, and adapt for different audiences. The platform combines browser-based capture, computer-vision step detection, generative AI, and multilingual text-to-speech into a single automated pipeline. Narration currently covers over 40 languages, with more languages in the pipeline.
Also highlighted that because every guide is captured at the step level rather than as a single, fixed recording, the same operational context can serve as a reliable, up-to-date context for AI agents, enabling them to understand how a specific company actually operates.
Thomas Plantenga, Group CEO of Vinted and angel investor, said, “My decision to back Guideless came down to Evaldas and his team’s admirable track record and the real results I’ve seen firsthand. Vinted was an early adopter of the platform, and it’s transformed and maintained our extensive knowledge base ever since. We used to spend weeks manually rebuilding guides after UI updates, and now those same updates happen quickly with minimal manual oversight. I’ve seen the team’s resourcefulness and potential up close, and I believe in where Guideless is headed.”
The company plans to use this capital for product development, personnel growth, and planned expansions into the British, European, and American markets. It will also support the company’s goal to evolve from a documentation tool into a context-aware, format-agnostic operational knowledge platform.
Guideless currently has 3,000+ users, including paying customers, across 15 markets. It’s used by teams at Vinted, Masan Consumer Holdings, Nevada Hospital Association, and hundreds of other companies across industries.
