Tamil actors Ashok Selvan and Preity Mukhundhan (Blast, Idhayam Murali fame) are all set to headline an upcoming action-romance film titled Anbil Avan, the makers announced on Wednesday (August 12) with a title-reveal teaser. Directed by R Kaarthikeyan, the film has a story written by acclaimed writer-director Vignesh Raja (Por Thozhil, Kara) and a script by Kaarthikeyan, Vignesh and Ashok.
The title teaser shows glimpses of what seems to be a gritty action-romance story. Details regarding the plot remain unknown at the moment.
The cast of Anbil Avan also features Sabumon Abdusamad, Kadirbalu, and Maha Delhi Ganesh. With music scored by Govind Vasantha, the film has cinematography by Gowtham Rajendran and editing by Selva RK
K Karunamoorthy, Ashok and Abinaya Selvam produce the film under their Ayngaran International and Happy High Pictures banners. The film is set to release in September.
