Table SpaceTable Space Datalabs_in-article-icon is back in the market with its IPO ambitions. The managed workspace provider has filed its DRHP with SEBI for an IPO, which will comprise both fresh issue and an OFS component. But what does Table Space’s public market play look like?

The IPO Book: The startup’s public issue comprises a fresh issue of shares worth ₹800 Cr and an OFS of 6.55 Cr shares. The biggest backer, Hillhouse Investments, will sell 4.9 Cr shares, while founder Karan Chopra and co-CEO Kunal Mehra will chip in smaller lots of around 13.1 Lakh and 1 Cr shares, respectively. The company is also mulling a pre-IPO round of ₹160 Cr.

The Number Game: The managed workspace provider’s FY26 numbers revealed the familiar new-age tech pattern: robust top line growth paired with stubborn losses

Here is a quick look at Table Space’s FY26 numbers:

Enterprise-Grade Scale: Table Space enters the IPO race with strong demand, marquee clientele and a growing managed workspace portfolio. Its revenue growth and sharply narrower losses in FY26 provide a stronger public-market narrative, while plans to use IPO proceeds for debt reduction and acquisitions could further appeal to public market investors.

Bumpy Ride Ahead? Despite improving revenues, Table Space remains loss-making and carries a heavy cost structure. Its leasing model also requires significant upfront capital and exposes the business to occupancy, rental and demand cycles. As a result, the IPO-bound startup will likely face scrutiny over cash flows and its long march to profitability, even as many of its peers already operate in the black.

With the ball now in SEBI’s court, which will scrutinise the managed workspace provider’s IPO documents, here’s a sneak peek into Table Space’s DRHP.

AI-led coding is increasingly becoming the norm. But full-stack software development involves much more: structuring projects, testing code, fixing bugs and shipping reliable releases. GoCodeo is building an AI coding agent that works across this full loop.

Prompt To Production: Founded in 2023, GoCodeo is designed to help developers build, test and deploy software from within VS Code. Its agent can work across project setup, code generation, debugging, testing and deployment, positioning the startup as more than a standalone code suggestion tool.

Agent-Driven Environment: GoCodeo integrates with Git for repository initialisation as well as commits and pull requests, while its TEST workflow generates unit tests and helps diagnose failures. The platform also supports multiple programming languages and more than 25 frameworks, and also offers integrations with tools such as GitHub, Notion, Stripe and Supabase via MCP agents.

GoCodeo also pitches context-aware, autonomous actions inside the integrated development environment, and has open-sourced a full-stack SaaS builder framework.

A Growing Ecosystem: GoCodeo claims to have more than 25,000 developers on its platform and counts Google for Startups and NSRCEL among its ecosystem supporters. The startup is eyeing a piece of the growing Indian enterprise AI market, which is projected to become a $71 Bn opportunity by 2030. So, can GoCodeo become the go-to platform to ship software?
