Chamarajanagar district has topped Karnataka in effectively carrying out various khata mutation work on the Revenue Department’s Bhoomi software, including khata transfers, inheritance (pouthi) khatas, division khatas, and mutations based on registered documents during July 2026.
All taluk offices in Chamarajanagar district achieved excellent performance in efficiently handling khata transfers, inheritance khatas, division khatas, and mutations based on registered documents on the Bhoomi software. Deputy Commissioner Shreeroopa has lauded officials for helping the district secure first place in the State-level ranking for the month of July 2026.
Revenue officials and staff across all taluks in the district worked in coordination to provide efficient and transparent service by promptly disposing of khata mutation applications on the Bhoomi software.
Expressing happiness over Chamarajanagar’s distinction, Ms. Shreeroopa called upon officials and staff to maintain this level of performance going forward, and continue providing Revenue Department services to people promptly, transparently and efficiently.
