Listed adtech company MobavenueMobavenue Datalabs_in-article-icon AI Tech’s net profit zoomed 94.3% to ₹11.7 Cr in the first quarter (Q1) of the fiscal year 2026-27 (FY27) from ₹6 Cr in the year ago quarter. On a sequential basis, profit grew 38.2% from ₹8.4 Cr in Q4 FY26

Meanwhile, operating revenue surged nearly 57% to ₹72.8 Cr in the quarter under review compared to ₹46.4 Cr in Q1 FY26. Sequentially, the top line jumped 16.3% from ₹62.6 Cr in the preceding quarter.

Including other income of ₹2.2 Cr, the company’s total income for the quarter stood at ₹75 Cr. 

Founded in 2017 by Ishank Joshi, Tejas Rathod, and Kunal Kothari, Mobavenue offers an AI-powered adtech platform that helps digital-first brands advertise more effectively. It helps its clients acquire users, increase engagement, and monetise their digital inventory. The company specialises in digital advertising, performance marketing, and data intelligence to drive ROI.

The company’s client portfolio includes the likes of HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, boAt, Groww, Flipkart, PhonePe, IndiGo, and more. The company’s core team is located in India and has a presence in around 10 countries. 

Mobavenue AI’s total expenses rose 54.7% to hit ₹59.5 Cr in Q1 FY27 as against ₹38.4 Cr in the year ago quarter. Here’s a look at the adtech company’s major cost centres:

Supply & Data Costs: This was the largest expense for Mobavenue AI in the quarter under review, zooming 51.6% to ₹44 Cr from ₹29 Cr in Q1 FY26. 

Employee Benefit Expenses: The logistics startup spent ₹8.4 Cr under this head in Q1 FY27, up 92.1% from ₹4.4 Cr incurred in the year ago quarter.

Other Expenses: Mobavenue AI also spent ₹5 Cr under this bucket in the quarter ended June 2026, up 17.6% from ₹4.3 Cr in Q1 FY26.

Shares of Mobavenue closed Tuesday’s trading session 0.31% lower at ₹307.75 on the BSE.
