D2C athleisure brand BlissClub has raised ₹160 Cr in a fresh funding round led by Singularity AMC

The funding comes as BlissClub looks to accelerate its omnichannel expansion, strengthen its product portfolio and scale its position in India's fast-growing women's athleisure market

The fresh capital will be used to expand the startup's offline retail footprint, accelerate category expansion, strengthen product development

D2C athleisure brand BlissClubBlissClub Datalabs_in-article-icon has raised ₹160 Cr (about $16.8 Mn) in a fresh funding round led by Singularity AMC, with participation from existing investors Elevation Capital and Eight Roads Ventures, as well as founder Minu Margeret and her partner, Meesho founder Vidit Aatrey.

The fresh capital will be used to expand the startup’s offline retail footprint, accelerate category expansion, strengthen product development, and hire talent for its next phase of growth.

Founded in 2020 by Margeret, BlissClub started as an online activewear brand catering to women before expanding into an omnichannel business. The startup now operates more than 40 retail stores across India and entered the menswear category earlier this year.

Besides its stores, it sells its products through its website and ecommerce marketplaces.

The startup claims to have recorded 60% YoY growth in revenue for the past two years. It attributed this growth to its community-led customer base built through its products, content, and events.

According to Tofler, BlissClub reported operating revenue of ₹131.6 Cr in FY25, up 51% YoY. Its net loss narrowed to ₹20.2 Cr from ₹45.5 Cr in FY24.

Prior to this, BlissClub raised $15 Mn in a Series A funding round led by Eight Roads Ventures and Elevation Capital in 2022. It later secured ₹33 Cr in a pre-Series B funding round in 2025. The latest fundraise comes after the startup laid off 18% of its workforce last year amid high cash burn and difficulties in raising fresh capital.

The fundraise comes amid growing investor interest in India’s athleisure market, which is projected to reach $22.4 Bn by 2034 as more startups and established players expand their presence in the segment.

In June this year, Agilitias Sports launched athleisure and sportswear brand One8 in collaboration with cricketer Virat Kohli, with actor Anushka Sharma joining the startup as an investor and strategic collaborator.

Earlier this year, athleisure brand CAVA raised ₹40 Cr in its Series A funding round to expand its women-focussed athleisure portfolio.
